About Us

Food Konspiracy is a Guatemalan company dedicated to the distribution and commercialization of high quality vanilla and other food products for a consumer base that wants to return to what's natural and sustainable.

Food Konspiracy was born in 2017 out of the minds and passion of people that discovered that there are many products native to Guatemala but that, for a reason or another, have lost their place in the local market.

The difference between grade A and B are that grade A beans are as straight as possible, must have a minimum of 15 cm of length, have an adequate humidity level, and the beans are as closed as possible and therefore heavier. Grade B beans, although they are the same quality, did not fulfill the previously mentioned characteristics and so they may be lighter in weight. Grade B beans are sold as is due to their size, weigh, and dryness.
