Terms of sale

Orders and customer care:

  • All orders and queries can be made:

    • By telephone at +502 2219-2751 or +502 2509-2739

    • Through email at info@foodkon.com

  • Customer service hours: Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 4:30 pm (Guatemala Time)

    • In case the order is placed during weekends, holidays, or out of office hours, the order will be processed the next business day.

  • Please allow us sufficient time, at least 7 business days, after the order has been placed to file the proper Guatemalan customs and phytosanitary paperwork

  • Wulfnir, S.A. does not retain any data related to payments.


Shipping information

  • Shipping method: 

    • Due to the size of the beans and since parcels are small in size, we recommend shipping by air.

  • For most orders we use DHL as shipping company.

    • If you have an account with DHL please let us know so we may send your order using your account; otherwise any costs incurred will be added to the sales invoice. 

  • Transit and delivery times as well as delivery places are subject to the terms and conditions of the shipping companies.

  • All orders are shipped under the Incoterm Carriage and Insurance Paid To - CIP

    • Delivery of the goods takes place, and risk transfers from seller to buyer, at the point where the goods are taken in charge by a carrier.

    • The shipping and insurance cost will be added to the sales invoice.


Payment Method

  • International wire transfer

    • Once payment has been received and cleared by the bank, the export process starts immediately.

    • Please request the wire transfer information here.

  • The buyer will take care of:

    • Any wire transfer costs.

    • Any additional export costs.

    • Any import costs levied by the country of destination, such as taxes and/or duties if any.
