Customer service hours: Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 4:30 pm (Guatemala Time)
In case the order is placed during weekends, holidays, or out of office hours, the order will be processed the next business day.
Please allow us sufficient time, at least 7 business days, after the order has been placed to file the proper Guatemalan customs and phytosanitary paperwork

Shipping information
Shipping method:
Due to the size of the beans and since parcels are small in size, we recommend shipping by air.
For most orders we use DHL as shipping company.
If you have an account with DHL please let us know so we may send your order using your account; otherwise any costs incurred will be added to the sales invoice.
Transit and delivery times as well as delivery places are subject to the terms and conditions of the shipping companies.
All orders are shipped under the Incoterm Carriage and Insurance Paid To - CIP
Delivery of the goods takes place, and risk transfers from seller to buyer, at the point where the goods are taken in charge by a carrier.
The shipping and insurance cost will be added to the sales invoice.
Payment Method
International wire transfer
Once payment has been received and cleared by the bank, the export process starts immediately.

The buyer will take care of:
Any wire transfer costs.
Any additional export costs.
Any import costs levied by the country of destination, such as taxes and/or duties if any.
