In case the order is made during weekends, holidays, or out of office hours, the order will be processed the next business day.
Return or exchange policy:
All sales are final.

Wulfnir, S.A. does not retain any data related to online payments. All payment information is provided directly to Credomatic and is subject to the privacy policy of BAC | Credomatic Network.
The information collected for your order is:
Buyer's name and address.
Tax Identification Number (NIT)
Buyer’s e-mail for purchase communication purposes and invoice delivery.
Buyer's telephone number which will be shared with the shipping company.
Shipping address.
Shipping information
Orders are shipped on the same day as the purchase and its shipping is subject to the terms and conditions of the courier company.
Shipments only with in Guatemala.
Guatemala Municipality
Orders are shipped via an independent delivery service.
Delivery schedules are subject to the delivery service’s service conditions of carriage.
In case the shipping location falls outside the company's delivery area, shipping will be made through local courier.
Municipalities surrounding Guatemala City and other departments.
All orders are shipped collect through local courier and subject to the courier company’s conditions of carriage (i.e. delivery schedules and areas)
All transit and delivery times are subject to the terms and conditions of the shipping company.
Payment Methods
At our office:
Cash or card (credit or debit)
We offer Cuotas Credomatic at 3, 6, and 12 payments.
Direct deposit:
We use BAC | Credomatic.
Deposit in cash or check from the same bank the order will be shipped immediately.
Checks issued by other banks, the order will be shipped once the payment has been cleared by the bank.
Online payment
We accept cards processed by Credomatic.
